Art Pharmacy Policies

While the Art Pharmacy will always work with clients to find the best fit for schedule and access needs, we do understand that life is not always controllable.

Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance: If you have a conflict arise and notify your Care Navigator more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled event, the Care Navigator will do their best to reschedule it or find a new experience for you. 

Cancellation within 48 hours: If you notify your Care Navigator within 48 hours of your scheduled event, you will not be able to be rescheduled for a ‘make-up’ event for that month (missed experiences for medical issues excused).

No-show: If you miss an scheduled engagement without notice, you will not be able to be rescheduled for a ‘make-up’ event for that month. After three missed events, the Art Pharmacy reserves the right to adjust the opportunities offered, up to and including considering the prescription forfeited.
